How to stop these trolling and negative players? There should be a better punishment for them.

In this game, i played master yi and i had a mirror matchup against enemy yi. My top and mid lane played really well. Then, i tried to gank bot lane. I died at bot because I went in but they did not. I told them that if they don't want to fight then plz ping to let me know. I received a bunch of negative chats from Xayah. Then, our bot lane died again. Soraka seemed to think Xayah is bad then she came mid and took all the cs. Soraka started to go to other lanes, farm then stay at the base. This was a damn hard game because of them. Riot please ban these guys.
