Flash Suggestion

I just thought that this would open the way for a lot good plays by capable players, without being game breaking (but rather game changing). Basically, my suggestion is that after you flash over an enemy skillshot, you have a small 3 second window to flash again towards the general direction of the enemy that threw the skill. I don't think this would be very apparent at lower elos but at the right hands it could be powerful.

You could elaborate on that you know

I like this... as a champion ability, not a summoner. If everyone has access to this ability, it hurts every champion that has a skill shot. why play Elise jungle if every champion has the enate ability to punish your cacoon?

I actually agree with you. I just realized that on my original post i disregarded the fact that not all champions have skillshots, so some would be hurt more than others. I still think it would be interesting as a champion ability.

Question, is this ONLY if you flash over a skill shot?

Yes and it has to be an enemy skillshot.

Yeah, definitely not flash, but an ability kinda like Ezreal's E that does this would be pretty sweet. I do, however, see a serious issue with ping with it, though. It can reward incredible reaction time, but it would punish people that have even moderate ping around 80-100. They'd have almost no benefit as doing this would be almost completely by chance in same cases.

Disregarding that, I think it's an awesome idea for a melee champ. I envision something like Ekko's E where if he pulls it off, he can flash to the champion that cast it with a bonus to the next basic attack. Globals and super long-range ults (Lux) would have to be exempt, though, as that could get abusive with as easy as it would be to do that and suddenly be on the other side of the map.

Yea it probably shouldn't be flash but an ability. As for pings, a bad ping already punishes you anyway especially when it comes to dodging skillshots, but i don't think you should have a problem at 100 ping (that's about the ping i usually have and don't have any serious problems).

I thought of this as something that would reward quick reflexes and offensive flashes (mainly on teamfights as a summoner spell initiator but also on smaller skirmishes). I guess globals and long range ults should be exempt as this would be easily abusable and kinda break the whole logic behind having a mechanic like that.

Flash is game changing enough, why change it to be even more game breaking? Flash already works well against skillshots (which require skill to shoot), this makes it completely dominate them by further punishing something that should have hit but didnt because of Flash.

I really don't think it would be game breaking, though as some others said and i agreed, a mechanic like this would be better on a champion ability than a summoner skill.

The reason I thought of this is that i thought it'd be nice to have a way to initiate with a summoner spell (if you manage to double flash towards the enemy its a good gap closer) but i guess that would be somewhat broken in the hands of a skilled player.

Its a great idea for a champion who is highly mobile although i think we are all done with the infinite dashes.

Its just not balanced as a summoner spell because then highly mobile champions would be completely uncatchable and unstoppable. Not to mention it would make skillshot mages totally useless.
