RANKED : AUTOMATIC BANS MASTERY LEVEL 3 and under.

One thing I encounter a lot is players choosing champs they have no experience with and admit to it. THAT is fine no one cares if your learning a champ. But when you are trying to climb in ranked and having to play with players who clearly shouldn't be there, or admit to the team it's their first time, then that's a different story. Why should the whole team suffer because a player is learning a specific champ?

SOLUTION : BAN all player champions that are level 3 and under. If they want to play ranked then make them work for it.

People shouldn't be allowed to ruin RANKED games with champs they clearly don't know how to play. Make them learn in normal's before being allowed to bring a champ into Ranked. Maybe having to master a champ would have more meaning then just an animation they can show off after killing someone and a shiny profile badge.

ps. Why don't they make players go through a series of tutorials or custom games that teach players the basic mechanics of the game before playing ranked. The higher they climb the more difficult mechanics they teach. Like what Bronze Players should know! What you should know before playing ranked etc. Whats common with Silver Players etc.. SOMETHING please...
