I am done with matchmaking

I am done with matchmaking!! I'm tired of loosing games where 2 or 3 or all of my teammates isnt playing their roles. I understand autofill one time or another. But seriously?! An entire team autofilled? And it happens A LOT!! more than one time per day. In loss streaks it happens more than 5 times in a row. Also we always have an less than 10 games experienced guy on the team in losses. On the other hand, in wins everybody has the same amount of games than I have (500+) and miracously everyone is in their main roles. It NEVER happen in losses... Its not about playing bad or good, Im not talking about elo. Its about putting players at same level/experience together. Junglers that never touch a jungler champion before, mid laners with an entire record playing top lane and etc. When you gonna do something about matchmaking?! Its frustrating. you can check community, reddit, social medias, people leaving league or blaming other people for being bad and unlucky, but its all about matchmaking system. This thing is so toxic. When will you fix that shit??
