Look into Quinn please, she is beyond broken in Dominion because of speed shrine + ult.

Quinn is strong, but I haven't been getting an overpowering vibe from her over in Dominion-land. Aside from maybe Jax with Rageblade, there really aren't any picks at the moment that feel unstoppable like pre-remake Kass did. Even Jax can be burned down. You just need a sticky Tank with some strong damage backup to get rid of him.
Quinn isn't an issue for me. But then again I play LeBlanc almost exclusively and simply kill her before she gets the chance to annoy me. And I very rarely have to handle bottom lane so I don't have to worry about her out pushing me.

See I asked because you don't seem to grasp where the problem with Quinn is. Dominion is only 1 v 1 in botlane, the rest is always teamfighting. The best pick in dominion aren't great duelist per say (some of them are), but great mobility to gank bot/back cap/roam. Such as Rammus Hecarim Shaco.
Quinn is a problem whether she is top or bot.
top: easy quick ganks to bot, ult to top to join fight bot: if enemy has wave clear comparable to Quinn, then everything's fair until late. Once she can wave clear quick late, she can ult top (5v4), then back to bot to push wave. If enemy is bad at clearing then she can do this from the very beginning.
Nobody cares about Dominion. It was a failed pet project that never really got anywhere. You got Quinn and Shaco running all over the place and yet people want to call SR unbalanced when both of them make that map a living hell.
It still has values when things that are OP in Dominion, they are OP in SR.
When there were map specific nerfs (direct to TT and dominion) to things like Wukong, Fizz etc because they were OP. The nerfs carried to SR shortly after. Dominion is a great "testing ground" for gauging character powers.

You seem to be at fairly low elo if you're worried about Quinn or anyone else pooting. It's true she's good at doing it with no significant drawbacks like other pooters need to trade for that ability, but it's still an easy strategy to crush.
