@Riot Are We Getting Ezreal Buffs?

Alright as a guy who has played Ezreal a lot, even called myself an Ezreal main at one point or another, I have to ask a very serious question: Is Ezreal going to get buffed or not?

Ezreal is a champion who once had a niche as a poke champion and who had a strong early and mid game only to taper off into the late game. At this point and time that has completely changed. After neutering Essence Reaver not once, but twice for Ezreal (First with him needing crit which he doesn't operate well with and secondly when they nerfed the amount of crit necessary to get the max cdr from the item), and removing ap from tri-force and Iceborn (both options were helpful to Ezreal's kit and provided just enough AP for his other abilities to function slightly), I can say without a doubt that he no longer has a good "spike in power". He is a champion who was designed around his poke, yet his poke now is kind of meh in comparison with the better overall damage dealers in the bot lane, and his once good "safety" is no longer as good as champions such as Corki with his new passive or other champions with similar mobility tools.

But that isn't all, he really has no keystone to really augment his power. Yeah you could bring up Fervor, but it really isn't that great for him as his meager AA range and being a complete skill shot champion greatly effects his ability to stack fervor properly. Warlords doesn't work very well with him as he only really uses the heal component well and the as is just tacked on as he will never really use it, also he doesn't function well with crit as his Q does not crit, but counts as an aa. Which brings me to deathfire which is worthless for AD Ezreal as a whole, his q doesn't function as an ability, yet can't crit, and thus can't really use the keystone well. The other keystones are all meh on him and thus he has no real keystone to help him "define" himself as a pick. At this point he is just there.

I have ideas for what to do, but I can't really list them as I have to go to work right now, but I would like to hear from a Rioter if Ezreal is going to get some love or remain an obscure champion pick with no real identity.
