SUGGESTION: Disband Team Button

Premise: Button to disband team in champion select to avoid getting in games with people threatening to feed, afk, troll, etc.

Background: I have been through some ranked games where the team has been completely out of control since champion select, like going all mid adc. So, if the team is obviously not cooperating since champion select and the only sane option is dodging, why should the person be penalized? Like being in series and that counting as a loss. Why not include a button in champion select where if 3/5 members feel the team is not willing to cooperate, or are threatening of feeding etc, this button activates a disband team action and no one gets penalized.

I recently took a few months off the game for this reason, as well as not buying any skins for a long time due to issues like this. If issues like these were resolved, or at least alleviated, more players would come back to playing. Clearly this isn't one of the bigger issues to Riot, considering League has become one of the biggest games in the industry, but it is surely a factor that becomes detrimental to the new players, and games are constantly losing old players and gaining new ones. Eventually, this will become an issue to Riot.
