what is the riots plan with this guy, they have buffed his late game with the new changes and nerfed his early game considering everyone starts with good MR but he wasnt good late game to begin with?. what is going to be done about him? does he a overhaul rework that allows him to do more damage early game?. i mean if you want ad caster there are better choices ( ehm ehm...). and that guy still does fall off as hard as corki. what is the plan with him? i was thinking about it one way to let him have a late game is add a sheen type style item that corki can build instead of that 4000 garbage but cheaper, lets say a same price as a that scales its damage on how much crit you have for example lets called the excalibur, excalubor passive would allow you to do 150% your base damage plus (50 + total of your critical strike chance plus*(100% of your bonus damage)) on hit when cast a spell, or you can just move his ult to his e and give him an actual game changing ultimate or even the first passive ult of game for example (corki gain bonus ad buy getting ap and bonus ap by getting ad). thats my solution i want to see what other people in the community think. regards EINIGHDEUTCHLAND.
