If that horse (Soraka) gets a buff, then my beloved Bard deserves one as well! it would only be fair

So I'm planning on maining Bard and i recently have gotten level 4 on him and i'm planning to try to get at least 1 million points on Bard since I love him, his concept and art work but that is really hard to do if there is a horse running around the rift that has a 4 second heal while mine takes 10 seconds for only 100 health, and a horse that is more sanic quick than Bard when a teamate is low on health. She just has everything, the poke, the heal, the heal herself just everything. I was thinking maybe you can buff Bard by adding something such as when you use your W on a teamate or yourself you gain additional armor, or something around the lines of getting more armor since Bard is squishy even if you build tank due to the fact that if he is stunned or silenced he is done for and auto dead.

Please buff he needs you rito.

If Bard were to get balance changes, it should be nerfs.

You're probably out of luck here. Bard's win rate for everyone who's played more than 30 games is solid, and he sees consistent LCS picks and bans.

Personally, yes, I would love a buff like "Enemy abilities don't reduce in cooldown while in Bard's ult", but balancewise he just doesn't need it. He has such a high skill-cap though, that once you play another few dozen games on him, you'll feel like he's been buffed.

Bard doesn't need it, he's pretty strong but incredibly hard, that's why he feels in need of buffs. Mind you I'm not good enough to play him (and don't like him too much) so I don't play him, but he's got amazing potential in the right hands. Soraka on the other end has the same strenght pretty much on anyone, she's low skill-floor low skill-cap so she might feel stronger than she is.

The thing i'm trying to say is if all these champions are getting insane buffs that only make them stronger, why shouldn't Bard? If champions like Garen that got the juggernaut update ( I have just recently came back by the way, I stopped playing in 5.8 because of all the ridiculous buffs that were happening to champions) keep getting buffed then Bard will just be irrelevant. That's what he is starting to become. You can't assume that he is just broken because of the annoyance he causes with stunning people. Other champions like Soraka can now jungle and Bard, well all he can do is just stay support due to riot nerfing his AP ratios. When I say he needs a buff, don't automatically assume that I mean he will get 500 armor and 500 magic resist, I mean that he needs a tiny tweak to help him become a reliable support. The worst thing about Bard has to be his late game, No damage, No poke, and just a squishy ball of fupa.
