Orange Essence error or intended?

I was viewing my loot, when i noticed something that doesnt make sense. If you decide to disenchant Super Galaxy Rumble which is an Legendary skin, it will give you 910+ Orange essence. And if you decide to disenchant Pulsefire Ezreal it will give you less (650+). Which doesnt make sense since its a tier above.
