https://gyazo.com/cee66de279a543fa136e830c8a078939 So nerf her early game cool. Well considiring she gets that max lvl dmg at lvl 9 if she maxes Q. So her max damage is not changed but her early dmg is when usually she is just in the jungle farming? Why not decrease the 200% dmg also?

Nobody maxes q first and the majority of players used to max e second before this nerf (many still do.) That power return to 200% won't happen until late in the game.
