I just started playing Nasus and im terrible (but love him!) Sure some matchup is hard, but the new akali rework is impossible to lane against. Cant farm under my tower bcus she just toss down her smoke and poking me without taking any turretshot. WTF am i suppose to do against that??
Galiö3 votesShe doesn't do THAT much dmg. You can prob safely rush spirit visage and E within her smoke cloud. Seems like an OK match up to me.
Blyted1 votesThere are some match ups that Nasus just won't work into. Especially with the current state of the game.
Going Merc treads into SV and potentially maxing E first will allow you to keep up in cs, but at this point it might not be worth picking Nasus.
TitanAnteus1 votesThat's a matchup you put two points into E early so you can harass her in the smoke. You also have more sustain then she does. So you should survive.
Ifneth1 votesYou don’t have to do anything in your lane against Akali as Nasus. She has to stop you from getting stacks, or else you can just start pushing the wave and threatening to stack-check her under the turret.
Prioritize your rush item, Trinity Force, over defense unless you need it because you are losing. Even when you buy defense, buy only what you need. A Null-Magic Mantle if she’s a little ahead, Mercury’s Treads if somewhat, and a Spectre’s Cowl if she’s fed.
If you survive lane and don’t lose much of your farm or Turret health, then Akali must make plays during the mid-game, where Nasus is strongest. Finish Trinity Force and then just run at her or the bottom Turret with deep wards in the enemy jungle.
