Possible Rammus Rework?

In my opinion, Rammus needs a rework because he just isn't an overall good champ. By this I mean that he needs to go around minions and be on his target to do anything. If you've played him for a while you would see that you basically have to do the same thing everytime and it gets very boring. I guess to could say that I'm whining when I say that he isn't a fun champ to play anymore, but that's just my opinion. Rammus doesn't take skill to play and I would like to see there be a change into his abilities. It would be great if most champions in league took skill to play but sadly there are too many players that are bad at the game and they would get upset. I know that he has some strong abilities but that doesn't dismiss the fact that he cant do much other than tank (which if someone buys armor pen. rammus is dead). What do you guys think?

Saying that rammus isn't good anymore is like saying: Nidalee can dance like a stripper but Ahri can't have her bracelet. Indeed, it makes no sense If they have a Master Yi jungle, Caitlyn adc, Yasuo mid and a quinn top, I'll be more then happy to have a rammus on my team :) if you want to have some fun, try ap rammus. It brings a new way to play for him and some say it's fun af

But I agree his kit looks kinda old and there could be some new changes? It would have to be a real rework tho. If you remove 1 single ability ( except ult ) You will probably destroy the thing he was born to do
