Just a thought about Dynamic Queue

I've played this game, almost solely as a jungler, I really don't like the frequency that I get top lane (my secondary) in dynamic queue. Is there a way that we could place a null option. I understand that it would dramatically increase wait times. I consider it to be worth it, and would really appreciate someones thoughts.
