Training Tool with Friends

I would like to try out interactions between champions (both ally and enemy) with my friend, because we think there is a certain joy in researching interactions for information that may not necessarily be on the wiki. However, setting up a custom game and waiting for level 18 for cdr, items and gold for testing out builds/ interactions takes too long.

For example, we wanted to test whether vayne's condemn would be able to stun an enemy against a thresh's lantern, because the wiki indicated that the lantern acted like terrain. From our results, we found that the stun does not occur, and that thresh's lantern simply has a hit box that a unit cannot path through. Therefore, we concluded that thresh's lantern acted more like an ally minion that can be targeted by allies except for thresh, and that has a hitbox that prevents pathing through it. From this, we were interested in further investigating whether ghosting (ignoring unit collision) would bypass the unit collision of the lantern, such as with fizz's passive or hecarim's devastating charge.

We didn't have time to do further testing, so I'd like to propose a new custom game mode type, where each person has their own set of "training tool" tools. Map-wide tools, such as turning minions on or off could be done by [All] chat vote, but individual stats could be controlled by individual players. Alternatively, these settings are managed by the host of the game, in the custom game lobby, before the game is entered. If you guys at Riot are worried about releasing a way to play URF without any control over it, and losing summoner's rift player base to the pseudo URF, you can just get rid of the cooldown reduction on basic abilities and just have an option for cooldown on items and summoner spells, because those are the really long ones. Or have an option for cdr out of combat. I simply want to be able to test ability interactions with my friends, whether on opposing or allied teams.

If they added a feature for friends to play in the practise tool, everyone would be doing it. Keep dreaming cause riots not even gonna budge on doing anything good this year.
