Champselect bug?

so me and my friend got into a duo rank game, but during banning phase we couldnt both ban anyone as it says something like error occurred. when timer hit 0, screen went grayish but could still see the timer 0 just the champions disappeared and we were stuck in that screen. during this we could still talk in the messenger in the bottom right and same thing was happening to him also. after few minutes we decide to relog, and we both lost lp as it says we both dodged and both had queue timers,

what happened? is this gonna continue to happen?
