Riot i think you have to do something to Fizz´s E the thing is that you can do nothng when he s in the air i dont know how to fix that but you could increase the couldown or decrease the duration that he is in the air.

The troll pole is like having any other champion being able to use their ult 3 times in a teamfight. They could DOUBLE the CD and it would still be one of the best abilities in the game.
