Dragon Spawn Rotation

Wondering if it's possible to create a dragon rotation in an effort to eliminate the random factor of dragon spawns. Ocean is most meaningful early, as it's always beneficial during laning phase, but not so much late if at least one team is playing an all in comp. Infernal and Mountain give %, so they scale very well for late. Air seems best during the mid set up phase. Could go Ocean spawns early, Air will spawn mid, and Mountain or Infernal will spawn late. Something like 2:30-13 Ocean, 13-23:30 Air, 23:30-35 Infernal or Mountain.

Not sure if viable, but it's a thought.

Sooo you don't like +50% to all the previous dragon buffs and a pretty hefty true damage burn any time you deal damage? Only problem I have with it is that it only lasts 2 minutes. You get it, but oftentimes in my experience the enemy team just sits back and waits it out, waveclearing and keeping a fight from engaging until all of a sudden it's gone.

But, some math to prove it's pretty decent: Cloud: 25/50/75 out of combat movement speed, goes to 37.5/75/107.5 out of combat movement speed with Elder. Ocean: restore 4/8/12% missing health and mana every 5 seconds while out of combat, goes to 6/12/18% with Elder Mountain: deal 10/20/30% additional true damage to towers, goes to 15/30/45% with Elder Infernal: gain 8/16/24% AP and AD, goes to 12/24/36% with Elder

Elder drake with 3 Infernal drakes is literally a Rabadon's Deathcap and gives that same buff to AD as well.

While it is possible, the randomness factor is what makes it so that certain comps aren't just outright better than others. Making it predictable like this allows you to build a comp around what's going to spawn and then ensure that it does. Most prevalent would be poke comps because they benefit off of the Ocean dragon the best, so they have the best early power, but teamfight/push comps, if they could survive until the Infernal and Mountain dragons spawned, would just become so stupidly busted in they late game that they would be unstoppable. The randomness is what keeps the system from being able to be abused like this.
