Champs that use health as a resource cost
Over on this post (check out, or this post wont make sence) we were discussing health costing champs. We were debating if a champ has 1 health, can they use their spells that have a health cost? It was a mix answer
players said if they didn't have enough health to pay for their spell, they could't cast it. I was testing this on
today and found that if i used tides of blood (cost:30 health) at 29 health it would leave me with one health. I also could cast blood pool (20% of health) at one health fine. I don't know if it depends from champ to champ or what. So iff anyone (or a red) could comment so we can get to the bottom of this mystery, it would be great!
