Unidentified Damage in Death Recap

I seriously just don't understand, is it an issue for just me, is the client being shit or am I just encountering a lot of hackers? Multiple times I will look at death recap and there will just be damage with no source, no name, no item, nothing. I have quite a few pics and I record all of my games so I'm more than happy to hand evidence over but it seems so ridiculous. And admittedly the people always seem kind of sketchy but at this point it's hard to know if they're cheating because they plays such cancerous damage and utility combo champs. Anybody experiencing the same issue? H E L P

Deathrecap has been shit for years. You can basicly just ignore it. There are no hacks in that way except if people had direct access to the Servers.

The deathcap system needs to be reworked/changed because it's outdated and unreliable. You are not the only one experiencing this issue, a lot of people had but no one is really taking this issue seriously.
