I just started playing Talon, and some things don't seem right about him. I think he should have energy like Zed instead of mana. Because he is an assassin, it makes sense that his main source would be energy and not mana. I think it would balance the gameplay and strategy. If that doesn't work, at least make his mana regeneration faster?

He's insanely strong right now I dont think he needs buffs.

It's not really a buff. More like balance if you look at it.

You're asking for his mana regen to be buffed or to give him energy, both would help his early game immensely and thats the only point he's weak at.

Talon is fine right now, any buffs would probably put him over the top due to how hard he snowballs and how quickly he can burst a target.

His only problem right now is how feast or famine he is.
