Twitch's E indicator vs. Kalista's E lack of one

So I recently picked up Kalista, and I noticed something lacking in her kit. Her E - Rend has a range, almost identical to Twitch's E - Contaminate; if an enemy is out of range, the E will not affect them. However, the second something is affected by Twitch's passive, an indicator shows up with the range of his E. Why doesn't this happen for Kalista? It seems like a potential oversight, and would be a welcome addition to an already hurting champion- and it wouldn't even really qualify as a buff, more of a quality-of-life change.

Thoughts?

Edit: Twitch's indicator only shows up when applying his passive to champions. I feel like this would work well on Kalista.

If someone is outside the range, you can still E them if another marked target is within the range. That shouldn't have anything to do with it, but it probably does. :/

I wish they'd make the spears glow for when you've pierced the target enough to kill them. Kalista might be the only champion suffering from constant overkills on her targets.

I would like this QoL tweak.

rito hates Kalista, unfortunately, so they don't really clean her kit up(rip)

Most likely it's because twitch E, as well as lee sin Q are situational, kalista is constantly applying the stacks during the whole game, i would personally find it annoying to have it 100% of the time.

Does Twitch really need buffs?

as a kalista main i can say twitch's E and her E aren't really alike

as kalista you can say the more spears the better, as twitch there is a cap, and as kalista you constantly work with them as last hits to something to reset the cooldown, there is no reset on twitch's E if you wait until they are "full stacked"

and a range indicator would be pretty annoying to me :/
