Like low CD skills, no mana cost, shield that scales off of AD, very mobile, and a passive that increases her damage which is always up late game. Please let me know what her weakness is? Not saying she is op, but she is damn annoying to go against in lane.
Riven was nerfed to holy hell. She has 0 health regeneration, her Q damage has been neutered, and her shield lasts 0.002 seconds. The only thing is she's still snowbally and does surprising amounts of damage if you're not familiar with her. Honestly,

Her damage and health regeneration got hit pretty hard. Manaless champions in general don't have downsides for being manaless. Unless you're Garen, and that's because you are tanky as balls starting from the beginning of the game.
Yasuo has some of the highest damage and lowest cooldowns in the game and has one of the most powerful mechanics in the game on a basic ability. Oh, and he's mobile. With CC.
I feel the same way but there's so many Riven husbandos in the community, that you'll receive some nasty comments for even suggesting to hurt their waifu.
No sustain, weak early, squishy, and the list goes on.
shes so squishy so any sort of cc just rapes her, unless she has an open path to your squishes shes pretty uselss. also she kinda sucks early now pretty easy to beat in lane IMO
I understand that CC'ing her works, which is why I don't believe she is OP. That being said in top lane not to many champions have a edge on her. Your thoughts in the lane?
