Does Riven Counter Lee Sin At All?

If you're talking about 1v1 against a top lane Lee, it's probably a skill matchup more than anything. They both have huge burst when built for damage and they both have disgusting amounts of mobility. But Lee will probably fall behind Riven if he keeps building damage after laning ends.

It's a skill match up in favor of Riven. CC shuts Lee down and Riven has plenty. He can outplay her of course, that is where the skill comes in, but eventually Riven is going to outscale Lee.
