Why can’t we have a 50% BE discount for the champions like the RP?

Basically what the title says. There was previously a few champions that got their BE and RP prices discounted while being on sale, but now when I check the new set of On Sale champions, it’s just 50% RP.

So Riot, is it possible to have 50% BE discount on champions every On Sale?

Probably not. I imagine that they were able to put those champions on a Beginning of Season Sale as a replacement for the Rune Page sale they've had.
