That's a malph that is praying the Nasus is really bad...
And that's not a support kat. There is no such thing as her entire kit is about bringing damage. Kat has no tools at all to support. That's a bot lane, double-carry kill lane. It can work, but only if you get ahead early. It's a very high risk/high reward setup. To (kinda) be fair...none of the gold gen items are really that gold efficient for her.
But yeah...probably a premade or just a troll. Don't let it get to you.
