Ekko's E
Why can't we make Ekko's E an on hit effect? If both Irelia and fizz's Q are on hit than it's only the right thing to do

It already is on hit effect...

I don't believe it does or else it would stipulate that it does and I'm not seeing the damage early game that I would get from a regular sheen hit plus the E
It comes on the next hit
My bad I looked it up I guess you guys were right I'm man enough to admit when I was wrong it should stipulate that it does it though
