First of all! I have pretty okay MMR in gold division and getting Silver 1/2 or even bronze 1 in my team. It really doesn’t make sense to me. And also you guys really should watch some games and champions and focus on your mistakes. You can’t pick FULL TANK not getting any damage and at the same time dealing more damage than adc/mid lane champion.. Tahm is a good example! You just simply can’t kill this character and when it comes to damage he one shots adc’s! Understand the tank needs to be strong that’s fair yeah! But it’s a tank just to tank damage not to deal more damage than ADC’s...Work on these things and you might getter better.

just because you are in gold, does not mean your mmr is gold

that's what makes the mmr system a tad annoying

on top of that is the normal match making system for ranked (which I believe is similar to Smite)

Smites' system

  1. Queue up for a ranked match
  2. System searches for players within your elo; allowing for minor differences
  3. X amount of time passes without enough players being found
  4. System broadens search to allow for greater variance in player elo
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until enough players are found for a match
