Dear Riot: why do you like ruining champs and the fun of the game

When will you stop ruining Champs and bring back the fun. Like the old talon. This talon is complete garbage, or possibly the old fiora? This seasons plant jg is boring and flat and you took all the fun out of building champs creatively forcing us to play specifically to lanes. what ever happened to hybrid building? Really Riot, why is it your mission to ruin the fun and versatility out of the game?
