RITO please. I am an Azir main and I understand that you have to keep champions balanced with competitive and casual players and I was thinking if you could add a small buff(early game) to Azir. For example Azir deals 20% increased damage to minions on lvl 1 and gradually decreases his damage to minions to 2% on lvl 18. Its just to help him with a little bit of waveclear in the early lvls like you did to Taliyah( Before you took her 50% to minions away)

I believe he is strong if you play him correctly. He just need a little "help" in the early game. That is how I think Azir might have a bigger impact on the mid-late game duo to better farm
