They still haven't really decided who Kat is.

Is she the glamorous face of Noxus? The sultry killer who delights in death and bloodshed and whose bold sexuality attests to her lack of inhibitions toward violence as well?

Or is she a tortured soul, unwaveringly loyal to her country but making shifty eyes whenever Leblanc or Swain say anything? Missing her father, estranged from her sister, set up for failure and possibly even marked for death by those who now control Noxus, still determined to prove her worth while she is feared and reviled as a heartless killer throughout the rest of the world...

Or somewhere in between?

Even her kit seems to be in a state of identity crisis.

Maybe once they finally figure that out we'll get some Kat emotes.
