Can Ryze get a re-work anytime soon?

Hey, I started playing league a while ago about a year ago i'd say. I started league of legends with Warwick and then you guys gave him a rework, but not yet Ryze. I've recently mained Ryze, and well its hard and it's sad because he has so much potential. Please consider a re-work for one of my favorite champions in the game.
