Singed FLIP (E) Bugged

(E) Flip /Fling is bugged. It knock up enemy in their initial position (75% of time). I lose a ranked because of this... I retry in custom and is a real BUG... Wrote it in report bug with another people but no one Rioter answer and I can't play without my MAIN. HELP
