Can titanic hydra show a crit animation on its active?

I always thought the new sion had a awesome crit animation. Although, hes a tank so he cant really build and crit items with out being kind of trolly. So I wonder if riot could make hydras active show a crit animation on the auto the stack was used. it cant be very game breaking and it would allow some more unique crit animations be shown in game.
