So on the PBE they are making it to where Seju can activate her E when ever an enemy is slowed by anyone. I'm not really sure what they are trying to do with this. Its just adding power to her kit in a place where it didn't need it. I feel imo that the buff she needs it a revert to 1 or 2 of the nerfs to her Ws base and ratio damage to help her clears and dueling.
Also I really hope they are not just throwing that on her to be like, " See we care guys we un sejuanied her! "
Yep, I agree. They should just slightly buff the base AoE damage of her W to help her through her jungle clear before she's able to buy

The current change doesn't fit Sejuani's kit and could be exploited way too much with the right team comp.
I think the buffs are great. Sejuani is a tank not a duelist. She doesnt need a lot of damage to be relevant. When she did have that damage she was too much.
These buffs are in the right direction.
I like the effort, interacting with slows from other members of your team is interesting, but the way slows just overwrite each other means this isn't a buff you will ever really gain benefit from.
how about we don't buff her W and accept what she's getting now
tbf this is a pretty great change to her, gives her good synergy with champs that have slows
Honestly, if there were any buff I would like for her to receive, it would be for her W-enhanced basic attack (only the first hit which deals percentage health damage) to receive +50 attack range. This would make it much easier to land on escaping enemies after resetting your basic attack.
As it is, I'm quite content with her current state since I've found her to still be competitive up to mid-Platinum. I'd rather not see her receive token buffs only to be nerfed afterwards.
Other than fixing her W auto attack she didn't need anything at all. So be thankful she got something to begin with.
As BR4NDON said, Sejuani isn't even much of a duelist. Her whole identity is as this tank with tons of lockdown/utility. The nerfs back then were to take away power that didn't even contribute much to that identity and only served to ensure she had no real weakness. This buff is to try and give her a boost (By directly buffing what you want her to do anyway) without just having a repeat of the cinderhulk meta where she's decent at everything.
