BE System for level 30's

Riot, I am a level 30, now 32 account and I have less than 30 champions. The issue I am encountering is I get a capsule every time I level up but I do not get Blue Essence. Unfortunately, the capsules give out champion shards but I don't have enough BE to ever utilize the shards because I am not being rewarded BE for matches or along with the champion shards. I have thought about breaking down the champion shards but unfortunately I have only gotten beginner champions and the breakdown on them reward me with 90 BE. Through this process it will take me nearly 10-20 matches to level and a few levels to even afford the amount of BE to purchase a basic champion. Is this going to be fixed?

This is one of the plethora or reasons I just uninstalled the game. I might come back later, if they handle the toxicity, rebalance these runes, or better yet, get rid of them, and make the essence ACTUALLY EXIST.

I don't blame you! I love the game and I've been playing it for years! I now can't even get champions because I cant even earn the BE from playing matches. The capsules basically give me 2 champion shards worth 90BE each and one decent champion worth roughly 600 BE. At this rate I can get a champion I want after what, 4-5 level ups? That's insane, it's nearly 50 matches played.
