In Game Facial Expressions (Zoe)

Alrighty, I'm bringing this up because someone else mentioned it. I watched the new trailer for Zoe and the fact that she is so new and different is a good thing, but that's not why i'm here. Her facial expressions, i'm pretty sure she is the first champion to have in game changing facial expressions. If you haven't already noticed, everyone else is basically a statue. This first came to my attention when Xayah and Rakan came out and I cosely watched them dance because damn they're cute, but their facial expressions are downright gargoyle. Riot! put some love into the rest of em. Zoe can hopefully be a test for the facial expressions in general, and if it succeeds, I'm asking for champ-wide facial changes. Yeah its a little farfetched but I mean, that would make the game much more interesting for me. I wanna see the looove between Xayah and Rakan, the Vayne's hatred towards Evelynn in combat, or when one kills the other. Anyone else wanna expand on this?[slayer-jinx-wink]

Tristana and Poppy have decent facial animations.

The thing is, smaller characters tend to have big heads/faces so a blank slate with no expression is more obvious than the relatively smaller head of a more proportional model. Where Yordle faces or Zoe's face is a big design space that demands detail work, on someone with a smaller head or someone who wears a hood, faces aren't as important to animate.

I do like the idea, but it's kinda not even worth trying. Zoe was made to show off her expressions, hence why she's sp in your face about her face, that's part of her identity. The other champions weren't meant for people to be looking at their faces all the time.

IIRC Annie also has facial animations (her laugh specifically.)
