Jinx Rocket Launcher needs a fix

So i played some Jinx after her aspd nerf on her rocket launcher.....

She feels so bad to play right now.... her rocket launcher needs like half an hour to actually shoot that rocket out, it feels like u r stunned.... the animation is so damn slow. If u try to cancel the animation sometimes even if u see your rocket flying it wont deal any dmg then cuz u canceld a little too early apperently, this is so frustrating.

Fix for it: Make her animation from rightlick to the rocket flying to the target faster and maybe put in the animation time into reloading the launcher that way good players can actually cancel it and it doesnt feel like u r stunning yourself because u want to auto attack.

I am not saying to give her back the aspd the rockets should still shoot in the same frequency as they r now... just that animation part feels way too clunky and should get looked at.

It's like that because it's a 700 range AOE single target attack. It needs to be balanced around weaknesses, like a long animation and costing mana. If you're at risk for getting jumped on, you should be using your mini-gun for the faster AAs.
