Possible Runes/Mastery Page Concept?

I don't know about other players, but I tend to be a over conscious about my mastery pages and rune pages being in a specific order. But how it stands at the time being (4/10/2015-2:07pm cst) we are unable to move pages around without deleting all the pages in the way of where we want to put a new page.

So here is what I personally would like to see: instead of having pages locked into place, a system that would utilize slots. so like the page in slot 10 could be moved to the page in slot 2, and the pages in slots 2 through 9 would be moved up a slot (so they would become slots/pages 3-10)

so if i was using letters to symbolize this: a b c d e f g h i j <- 10 pages, a-j i want to make i take the new place of c so the new order would be a b i c d e f g h j Then from the form say i wanted to move d to the first slot, it would appear as d a b i c e f g h j

This would make it easier on those who that name their mastery/rune pages keep them sorted to where all the ap/tank/ad/jg/support pages would be together or separated out however they would like.
