Get rid of the support rotation

I think having 20 free champs is good and bad for aram. It puts a buffer on ARAM only accounts making it so that they can roll more champions, not just varus and ziggs etc.

But the problem is that a lot of these support champs ARE ARAM-only account type champions, like etc... Which basically means that you are having to play against OP champs more of the time, so overall I think it is bad.

This is the last week of it....so last 2 days.
