Platinum is worse than Bronze

I have been starting to play league since season 3, and I came to plat from bronze. One thing I want Riot works is banning plat trolls. Plat is between gold and diamond and it means higher than average. Thus there are lotta players who int and throw whole the game. They are such a cancer to lotta plat players who wanna get to diamond. Riot never ban that kind of players. Riot should work hard.
