WTF I was bronze 1 went 6-4 and ended up in bronze 5 how is that possible so if a person went 0-10 and a person goes 6-4 it doesn't make a difference?????

Nope. I have talked with players that went from Plat all the way down to Gold V. It's just the way Riot is doing it now. They want to you to lose, climb ranks again, and deal with all the toxic and AFK players they don't take care of.

I hate to break it to you man, but you are in Bronze, what do you expect? For them to go "Oh hey you won some games lets place you in silver now." You seem to be doing okay. If anything like most ppl pointed out you are going to get a ton of LP from wins now.

Oh I am not planning to play anytime soon or not at all. I just don't like how I climbed myself out of Bronze V and all the way to Silver . . . IV . . . . and yeah . . . . did not enjoy it. I am just saying that a lot of people are gonna be mad about it. I can care less because until Riot does something about the AFK players I am not bothering.

That's how it's supposed to work. You were bronze before? You will definitely be bronze again.
