Riot Pls let us be able to dodge series/promo games.....

This is a real problem which I cant figure for the life of me hasnt been resolved yet. I think its really unfair that im forced to play games for my series/promos that are a "loss" in champ select. Why is it i cant dodge any of those games without automatically losing a series/promo game?

I think its extremely annoying. For example the other day I had a person that said he would troll in lobby and that if we knew what was good for us we'd dodge. Now I myself have great sense and under normal circumstances I wouldnt hesistate to dodge but my team even after begging them decided to take the risk.The way i saw it was 3-7 lp loss and 5 min penalty dodging vs 19-30 depending on your mmr for losing the game with the troll+the amount of time you wasted trying to salvage the game. Now back to the troll, guess what happens when the game starts? You guessed right if you said "he trolled", and ohh did he troll. Followed me in the jungled stealing camps for the first 10 min, then afterwards walked to every lane and fed at least 4 kills. He even told the other team to build mejais/sword of the occult. All in all in turned into a loss and i lost my promo for something easily avoided.

Im sure im not the only case but c'mon riot, were allowed to dodge out of provisionals and placements, so why not our series/promos games?

Even if you dont allow us to dodge all of them at least let it go as this without auto losing a game:

-You are allowed 1 dodge total out of 3 for any game in your series and instead of a 5 min, penalty you get a 20 min. penalty.

-You are allowed 2 dodges total out of 5 for any promo game and instead of a 5 min penalty you will get a 20 min penalty the first time and a 40 min. penalty the second time.

I feel these changes will make doing your series or promos a lot less stressful and fair. Lets be honest guys, it can be pretty obvious when a game is a loss even in champ select, not even accounting for trolls, but trash comps as well and toxic teamates.

This will lead to too much dodging. I can see a number of reasons to dodge besides trolls and ragers in champ select. If this would happen, i would dodge if, my team is not to my liking, the enemy team looks too strong, i didn't get a champ/role i want for my promo.

In almost every single game someone is in his promo, give them a way out and far too many will take it and abuse it.

If you are good, it doesn't matter if you get a troll every now and then, you may not get through your promo, but eventually you will.

Yeah its an interesting dilemma, im not too sure as to why riot set it up this way other than maybe it getting abused by players, but it confuses me more because I remember seeing my friend dodge at least 5 of his placement games without penalty other than the timer for no good reason at all really other than him not liking the comps lol. He ended up 8 wins out of 10. Now doesnt that skew results of placements? He basically avoided every game he didnt see fit as a win. Those are games that you play so to know where your skill is at and to see if you deserve a certain rank. Series and Promo games are the same, I personally feel that they should treat those type of games the same. I feel that if you dodge a placement/provisional game you should lose that game automatically just as it is with series/promo games.

I would like it if riot implemented a dodge system: Play 10 games of a certain game mode, gain 1 dodge token for that game mode. Max 2 dodge tokens for that game mode. Max 1 token use for that game mode per 20 hours. Using a dodge token will allow you to dodge, free of all penalties. Subsequent dodges will be as how it is now.
