Solo/Duo AFKS

Something needs to be done about this, and I think it should be along the lines of reimbursement to the players on the team with the afk. With that said I'll give you and example. 1st match solo que: I'm on my 2nd game for my silver 3 promos we had a soraka afk the whole game, had I won I would be in silver 3 . Played another game won got back into series. The next game my power goes out and I'm playing jungle, we could have won but, instead of being positive the team became toxic. Even though they were toxic I hindered their game and feel horrible. If someone is in promos and someone else get's a DC, afks, or a tornado hits or earthquake , flood, lightning. I feel like they should get another fourth chance at Promos.
