fps drops

I normally have 100 - 200 fps but i've been getting often fps drops to around 30fps that last for a couple of minutes before returning back to 100+ what can i do to fix this. I play on a 2014 mac 21.5 inch that runs windows 10 using boot camp

nothing, this is what happens to everyone this patch

i normally run around 30 fps, this patch i run at 5 fps, so funny

i usually have 31 fps, i get drops to 05 and 07 randomly O.o
