So I recently remembered the login details for this account, and it turns out that my name got reset and it's not letting me choose a new one, it just displays as jCsunNvWP7, obviously I don't want this name, what should I do?
Deep Terror Nami1 votesI don't know if they offer free name changes to people that lost theirs due to an inactivity reset. Submit a Support Ticket and ask them. Otherwise, you probably have to pay for it.

i mean its not like you're taking the account lol. They can see if it got changed due to inactivity. prob just simple questions like birthday and shitlike that. Unless you're secretly a 5 year old who randomly put a birthday, you should be fine
Deep Terror Nami1 votesI don't think they need to ask you security questions (your first RP purchase) if it's not about recovering your account, but I could be wrong. And yes, I do think it's stupid that they don't flag you for a free name change if someone takes it while you're inactive (WoW does it free if you're forced to change).
