Summoner Spellbook QOL Suggestion.

Hey guys I find It really annoying to rebind summoner spells when you change spells. I want to propose a change where you can drag your summoner spells into a different position similar to how you can move items to different locations. Or even just a arrow button to click to swap their postions similiar to the buttons that appear when you are in base to swap spells. Would improve the keystone so much!!
