Ryze might just need another rework.

Im not Amazing or anything, but ive been Practicing Ryze a lot as of late to come up with a solution for his several recent nerfs, and he feels awful after lvl 8 or 9 when youve won lane, out cs everyone but still get bursted down faster than someones much better mid game with less effort and frustration, which is odd since his late game is ok, early game decent for a scaling champ, but awful mid game. I can shove lane all day, but his kill potential below challenger is lackluster. Most these nerfs from what ive seen, is due to his Ult just being too good when the team can use it effectively, but in most solo situations, its just a good way to split your team in half, or Get everyone murdered. Ive looked at all the top Ryze mains, and they have abandoned him in Ranked after the last few nerfs, and i dont think its a coincidence.
