Divisions?

Just wondering what everyone thinks about Divisions?

My Thoughts I personally think its a terrible way to determine where you are at. Solo que has so much variance and is nothing like a Ranked 5v5 team, so breaking up your skill into brackets seems pointless.

Divions are designed for leagues that have scheduled matches and actual teams. For something where you can Que up by yourself and just play, with all the variance that comes with that as well, I don't think Divisions are necessary.

I love MMR. I love point systems. It's quick, easy and doesn't have flawed mechanics. It's perfect for a solo que environment. All this division stuff is completely un-necessary.

Its money, streams and tournaments. Its not here to make players better, or encourage positive behavior, or anything. Its just another way to seclude the "awesome" from the not so much so when they stream they don't get stuck with bads who ruin their matches. Like me! I would fucking throw just to fuck one of their games up.
