Was champion re-rolling removed?

I'm having some trouble finding the reroll champion shard button that was there before this patch. Have they removed it?

Yes.
Yes they removed it, since people are getting way more champ shards than previously and it'd really throw off intended champ acquisition rates if rerolling remained.
As dumb as it is, yes, they removed it. They should just unlock all the champions for everyone. They make their money from skins and such anyway. I don't think anyone actually buys champions with RP anymore.
